ONLINE ORDERS

  • You may order from Atlantic Publishing Group using our website using our 100% secure shopping cart. We accept MasterCard, American Express, Visa, Discover, and PayPal.  

  • All orders submitted via our website receive $3.95 flat-rate USPS Media Mail shipping.  The customer will receive their order within 2-3 business days. For Priority Shipping to receive your order within 1-2 business days will be an upcharge of $6.95.

  • Note: Shipping rates listed above do NOT apply to International, Alaska, Hawaii, and Overnight.

 

PHONE ORDERS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • Call our main office number at 352-622-1825. Please have your credit card or purchase order ready for faster service. We accept MasterCard, American Express, Visa and Discover. Specially trained customer service representatives are available Monday - Friday to answer any of your questions or help you check the status of an order. Due to the heavy call volume, you may have to leave a detailed message, but we will return your call within 24 hours, and have your answer!

PURCHASE ORDERS

  • For the convenience of large businesses, institutional, and governmental customers, purchase orders are accepted on an approved credit basis. An original of the PO is required by email or fax. Payment terms are Net15 days. We cannot rush delivery items on a purchase order unless you provide us with your FedEx or UPS account number.

 

SALES TAX

  • For shipments - orders in Florida please, add applicable state and local sales tax.

 

OUR GUARANTEE - RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the merchandise to us within 30 days. Simply enclose the packing slip, note the reason for the return and whether you want us to exchange it, credit it toward another purchase, or give you a refund.

FOREIGN ORDERS

  • We are pleased to service our international customers. Prices are in US Dollars. Please make sure your check or money order is in US currency.   • Customs & Taxes: your post office or customs broker will collect these charges, if applicable, from you when your package arrives.

DELIVERY

  • We make every effort to ship your order out as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped the following day after receipt of your order. We stock 100% of the items we sell. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery of items in stock. We ship all order via USPS Media Mail (unless you have specified FedEx Overnight or Second Day Service).   We will notify you if the item cannot be shipped in 30 days.  A $6.95 shipping fee is applied to all order (Except International, Overnight, Second Day, and Purchase Orders).

 

OVERNIGHT DELIVERY

  • Orders received before 12 noon EST may be sent FedEx Overnight for an additional charge of $25.00, plus the regular shipping & handling charges ($6.95). Two day delivery is available for an additional $20.00 plus the regular shipping and handling charges ($6.95). Overnight or two day orders are shipped by FedEx.   If additional shipping charges apply, we will contact you prior to completing the order.  

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

  1. What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

 

Check the amount of tracking numbers you should have received. Verify you have received all boxes and checked all packing material for small items. PLEASE NOTE POSTERS ARE ALWAYS SHIPPED SEPARATELY FROM BOOKS OR OTHER PRODUCTS, if shipped separately you will receive two tracking numbers one for each box. If you are still missing an item(s), call Atlantic Publishing customer service at (800) 814-1132.

 

  2. Does Atlantic Publishing pay for the return shipping of defective merchandise?

 

Atlantic Publishing is not responsible for manufacturer defects. Similar to a walk-in store, Wal-Mart will not send a driver or courier to your house to pick up a defective item you bought in their store. They will not reimburse you for your time and gas money spent to drive back to the store either. However, Atlantic Publishing will use every good measure we have to ensure that you will be able to get the item replaced promptly with as little hassle as possible.

 

  3. Does Atlantic Publishing deliver to APO or FPO addresses?

 

Yes, we deliver to APO/FPO. APO/FPO orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service and takes one to two business days to process and on average five to ten working days to arrive. However, we cannot control delivery time. For APO/FPO orders, this may take 2-4 weeks at times.

 

  4. Why was my order sent in multiple packages when it could have all fit into one box?

 

Atlantic Publishing packages the items according to safety for your items, weight, and size. The most common reason multiple boxes are used is due to multiple warehouse locations. Obviously if the items are stocked in different warehouses then they cannot be boxed together.
