PURCHASE ORDERS
For the convenience of large businesses, institutional, and governmental
customers, purchase orders are accepted on an approved credit basis. Orders may
be placed by phone, but an original or FAX of the PO is required. Payment terms
are net 15 days of receipt. We cannot rush delivery items on a purchase order.

For shipments - orders in Florida please, add applicable state and local sales
tax.
OUR GUARANTEE - RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the
merchandise to us within 30 days. Simply enclose the packing slip, note
the reason for the return and whether you want us to exchange it, credit it
toward another purchase, or give you a refund.

ORDERS
We are pleased to ship COD orders by the U.S. Postal Service at an
additional cost of $5.00 per order plus the regular shipping (Free
shipping does not apply to COD). COD delivery is not available for
rush orders.
FOREIGN ORDERS
We are pleased to service our international customers. Prices are in US Dollars.
Please make sure your check or money order is in US currency. Shipping: We
normally ship by US International Air Express. For a quote on your shipping
please fax your order form to 352-622-5836, and within 72 hours we will fax you
back an exact shipping cost & order total. Customs & Taxes: your post office or
customs broker will collect these charges, if applicable, from you when your
package arrives.

DELIVERY
We make every effort to ship your order out as quickly as possible. Most orders
are shipped the following day after receipt of your order. We stock 100% of the
items we sell. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery of items in stock. We
ship all order via USPS Media Mail (unless you have specified FEDEX Overnight or
Second Day Service). We will notify you if the item cannot be
shipped in 30 days. A $6.95 shipping fee is applied to all order (Except
International, Overnight, Second Day, Purchase Order and COD deliveries).

additional item in calculating the shipping. Please note that items
ordered together are not necessarily shipped together, such as posters and
books. This does not apply to items ordered via the website on a
credit card, which only a

OVERNIGHT DELIVERY
Orders received before 12 noon EST may be sent Federal Express Overnight for an
additional charge of $25.00, plus the regular shipping & handling charges ($6.00 for the first book or item (software, posters, garnishing tools, etc) and
just $2.50 for each additional item) based on weight and destination. Two
day delivery is available for an additional $20.00 plus the regular shipping and
handling charges ( $5.00 for the first book or item (software, posters,
garnishing tools, etc) and just $2.50 for each additional item) based on weight
& destination. Overnight or two day orders are shipped by Federal Express.
If additional shipping charges apply, they will appear on your sales receipt and
may not be reflected at the time of checkout from the online shopping cart
system. Orders that are placed on a COD basis or using a purchase
order cannot be rush shipped.
What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
Check the amount of tracking numbers you should have received.
Verify you have received all boxes and checked all packing material
for small items. PLEASE NOTE POSTERS ARE ALWAYS SHIPPED SEPARATELY
FROM BOOKS OR OTHER PRODUCTS, if shipped separately you will receive
two tracking numbers one for each box. If you are still missing an
item(s), call Atlantic Publishing customer service at
1-800-555-4037.
Does Atlantic Publishing pay for the return shipping of defective
merchandise?
Atlantic Publishing is not responsible for manufacturer defects.
Similar to a walk-in store, Wal-Mart will not send a driver or
courier to your house to pick up a defective item you bought in
their store. They will not reimburse you for your time and gas money
spent to drive back to the store either. However, Atlantic
Publishing will use every good measure we have to ensure that you
will be able to get the item replaced promptly with as little hassle
as possible.
Does Atlantic Publishing deliver to APO or FPO addresses?
Yes, we deliver to APO/FPO. APO/FPO orders are shipped by the United
States Postal Service and takes one to two business days to process
and on average five to ten working days to arrive. However, we
cannot control delivery time. For APO/FPO orders, this may take 2-4
weeks at times.
Why was my order sent in multiple packages when it could have all
fit into one box?
Atlantic Publishing packages the items according to safety for your
items, weight, and size. The most common reason multiple boxes are
used is due to multiple warehouse locations. Obviously if the items
are stocked in different warehouses then they cannot be boxed
together.
